1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Kariya platform (kariya.fun) and all its services. It is each member's responsibility to read these terms carefully before using any service provided by Kariya.

Kariya operates under a valid international gaming license. We are committed to running our business with full transparency and integrity. These terms may be updated from time to time, and members will be notified before any changes take effect.

• Although these terms are published in Bengali, the legally binding version is in English.
• Kariya reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at its sole discretion at any time.
• If any part of these terms conflicts with your local laws, local laws will take precedence.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account with Kariya, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts will not be opened for anyone below this age.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, email, or device is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Required documents must be submitted.

Kariya reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason. This is part of our security framework.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Kariya:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• We recommend using the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Mobile banking, bank cards, and e-wallets are all supported. All payments are processed in BDT.
• No additional transaction fees are charged — however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kariya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• All bonuses have wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to certain games or categories under specific conditions.
• Each bonus has a set time limit within which it must be used after claiming.
• Kariya reserves the right to modify, cancel, or add new conditions to any bonus at any time.

5Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing on Kariya:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently verified RNG. There is no manual intervention.
• If a game or round is left incomplete due to a technical error, Kariya reserves the right to void that round.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final. If you have a dispute over a game result, please contact support.
• The use of software bots or automation tools in any game is strictly prohibited.

In any dispute regarding game rules, Kariya's decision is final — though we always take the member's position fully into consideration.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kariya platform:

• Allowing minors to access or use your account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Exploiting any bugs or vulnerabilities in the gaming system.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users or Kariya staff.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Kariya may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms or engagement in suspicious activity.
• If KYC information cannot be verified.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• At the member's own request (including self-exclusion).

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.

8Limitation of Liability

Kariya is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or technical errors.
• Losses resulting from issues with third-party software or devices.
• If login credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.

That said, Kariya always makes every effort to resolve member issues and provides fair remedies for any losses resulting from technical problems.

9Responsible Gaming

Kariya believes gaming should be entertainment — not something that negatively impacts your life. With that in mind, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break from gaming for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform permanently or for a set period of time.
• Session Timer: You can track how long you have been playing.

10Terms Changes & Contact

Kariya reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification before changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please withdraw your balance and close your account.
